🔗 Step 1: Click the OPAC Link Published in the Library Blog
The first step is to access the OPAC link provided in the library blog.

The e-Granthalaya OPAC provides options for searching the catalogue and member login.
Once you click the link, the OPAC page will open in your browser.
🏫 Step 2: Select the Correct Cluster
After opening the OPAC page, you will need to identify and select the appropriate library cluster from the available options.
e-Granthalaya 4.0 operates through a cluster-based system, where libraries are organised within clusters for online services.
Remember:
Select your Cluster → Select your Library → Proceed to Login
If you are unsure about the cluster associated with your library, you may contact the school library/librarian for assistance.
📚 Step 3: Select PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Sundargarh Library
After selecting the appropriate cluster, select:
PM SHRI Kendriya Vidyalaya Sundargarh
Make sure that you select the correct library before proceeding with member login.

According to the e-Granthalaya member-service interface, registered members can use OTP-based authentication when a password is not available.

Important: OTP login will work only when the required member information and registered contact details are correctly available in the library's e-Granthalaya member record.
📋 Step 5: Access “My Transactions”
After successful login, members can access their personal library services.
One of the most useful features is:
📖 My Transactions
By clicking “My Transactions”, you can view information related to your library transactions.
You can check the books that you have:
- 📕 Issued
- 📗 Returned
- 📘 Borrowed previously
- 📙 Associated with your member transaction history
This is particularly useful when you want to check which books are currently issued to you or review your previous borrowing activity.
The official e-Granthalaya member-services interface includes “View Member Transactions” among its available online services.
🔎 Step 6: Search for a Book in the Library Catalogue

You can use the catalogue search facility.
You can search for books using information such as:
