POEM RECITATION (READING PROMOTION WEEK 3)

 🎤 Poetic Rhythms: A Celebration of Words and Expression! 🎤

The Library Echoed with Melody and Meaning! During Reading Promotion Week 3, our school library transformed into a stage where words danced and emotions soared, hosting an inspiring Poem Recitation Competition for students from Classes 3 to 8. Each young poet brought verses to life, filling the room with rhythm, passion, and powerful emotions.


🏅 Category Breakdown: The event featured two spirited groups — Junior (Classes 3 to 5) and Senior (Classes 6 to 8). Every participant recited their chosen poem with confidence and heart, leaving the audience captivated.

✨ Junior Category Winners (Classes 3 to 5):

  • 🥇 Adyasha Sahoo - Class 3B (First Place)

  • 🥈 Anaya Ekka - Class 5A (Second Place)

  • 🥉 Manvendra Jaisingh - Class 4A (Third Place)

✨ Senior Category Winners (Classes 6 to 8):

  • 🥇 K. Navyashree - Class 8A (First Place)

  • 🥈 Sheikh Farhana Rahmani - Class 7A (Second Place)

  • 🥉 Abhipreity Panigrahi - Class 8A (Third Place)

💡 The Power of Poetry: Poetry is more than just rhymes and rhythm — it’s a way to express emotions, explore ideas, and inspire others. This competition reminded us all that poems have the power to paint pictures with words, evoke feelings, and give voice to thoughts that may otherwise go unspoken.

📝 Judges' Remarks: Our respected panel of judges praised the students' performances.
